CBD is in danger of being amalgamated at the international level as controlled drug. Help us to stop it, support the fundraising campaign!

Since 1961, the United Nations [UN] drug control system, pattern for all national prohibition laws, considers Cannabis as a drug with the highest potential of harm and the least medical usefulness, listed similarly to heroin. CBD has been considered outside of the lists of UN control, but that might change.

The next 6 months offer unprecedented context, in which CBD could eventually be scheduled in the international lists of psychotropic and narcotic drugs, that apply to 187 countries… but with your help we can ensure that CBD is specifically exempted, just as Cannabis hemp has been until now..

Since 2009, our team has been pressuring the United Nations system to strengthen scientific methodology and comprehensiveness of data regarding medical Cannabis and its derivatives.

The inclusion of CBD in the schedules would block the development of research and the availability of Cannabidiol for those who are in need, and deal a fatal blow to CBD use in all forms. the sustainable small-scale hemp industry that have been raising during the last decades.

Our core team of 3 experienced activists has been covering every square inch of the UN drug control institutions and fora for decades. We work in close collaboration with a broad network of stakeholders, civil society organizations, scholars, governments and United Nations officials. What is missing is a strong and unbiased funding engagement from you and your community.

In the upcoming 6 months, we are sustaining and increasing our efforts and actions; we hope that you will be able to help us spend our full time working on the issue, by not spending our time looking for the $ 18 000 needed to fulfil this project.
